New-fashioned rooms, we did not want to leave there.
The total stay was really lovely during our visit which was out of season. The restaurant here was particularly good for dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. Plus it had a beautiful view over lake.

This venue was stunning and absolutely luxurious. the amenities offered were top-notch and exclusive, including a spa lounge, sauna, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, and a garden area with BBQ facilities. the service was unparalleled and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our every need. the room had some exclusive advantages, with a private outdoor dining area and a Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.
The only minor issue we encountered was the early checkout time of 10am, which seemed a bit inconvenient for the price we paid. this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall luxurious experience we had at this hotel.

The villas provided a peaceful getaway with stunning rainforest or water views from well-placed pavilions in botanical gardens. A shuttle to the town center was available for exploration and a small, nearby restaurant offered a convenient dinner option. Our villa had a beautiful large bedroom and bath with luxurious amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Housekeeping was not up to par with a lack of cleaning materials and dirty dishes.

The breakfast was delicious and the view was amazing. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle to the main attractions. We were able to relax by the pool and enjoy the warm weather.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping. In addition, the cleaning could have been better and there were some stains on the towels. We were disappointed with the lack of activities during the holiday period. we were not satisfied with our experience.
